The Allies are weak in the start of the game, so the best option is to conquer France in 1937, France have only 10 militaty factories in the start of the game, while Italy have 22, and France have small limit of capitulation. Conquer France in middle of 1937, before France will form an alliance with Britain, and in 1938 do naval invasion to Britain, by using all captured French navy in British Chanell, and don't care about colonies - 30 divisions would be enough to conquer Britain, and you take British navy. After all major Allies are defeated you can easily conquer Spain, Switherland, Greece and other countries by receiving war goals against them via focus tree of More Nostrum. Later you can divide Germany with Soviet Union already in 1941, like I did, this is easy because most of German forces are fighting against Soviets, and you have industries of all Europe. Later I have conquerred Turkey, and I am planning to invade USSR, because USSR is currently fighting against Japan together with USA, USA would cap Japan and later I would invade USA and conquer entire World

Operation downfall is actually surprisingly easy if you can nap Saipan and get naval supremacy while Japan is fighting in Indonesia. Bonus points if you help the Philippines hold on with convoy raiding. With their forces stuck abroad it shockingly easy to split the home islands in half and clap the empire of the rising sun.
